Oral Cancer Symposium

An Oral Cancer Symposium was organized by Head and Neck Oncology team of PIMS on 13th February, 2017. The symposium aimed to cover different facets of oral cancer like Diagnosis and Staging of Oral Cancer, Anesthesia in Oral Cancer, Reconstruction, role of Radiotherapy, Management of neck nodes, Premalignant lesions. Even the significance of Nutritional Management for Head and Neck cancer patients was touched upon. The Symposium helped the audience to have a holistic understanding on this grievous problem of Oral Cancer.
