The Department of Pharmacology houses experimental, pharmacy, clinical pharmacology, and research laboratories. Undergraduate teaching is conducted through interactive academic methods and computer simulations in line with regulatory guidelines. The department maintains a CPCSEA-registered animal house and conducts annual training in research methodology and biostatistics. Faculty research focuses on clinically relevant topics and contributes to national publications, including the biannual PIMS Chronicle.
