Prostate cancer continues to be a topic of great debate across the world both especially in the medical community. With the rising need for increased education & awareness, improved treatment options and sharing of knowledge, The Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences, Jalandhar organized a “Multidisciplinary Uro-Oncology meet on Prostate Cancer” held on 26 April 2015.

The aim of the meet was to bring together Urologist, Uro-oncologist, Surgical-oncologist, Radiation oncologist, Medical oncologist and most importantly General Surgeons and General Physicians to discuss all facets of Prostate Cancer Management, treatment and scientific advancement. The topics for discussion in scientific meet were as follows -:
