9HR Long Critical Surgery By PIMS Head & Neck Cancer Team Gives A New Life

The multi-disciplinary Head and Neck Cancer Team, PIMS comprising of Dr.Harvinder(ENT specialist), Dr.ChintanNarad, Dr.Harveen (Department of Dentistry);Reconstruction surgeons Dr.Amarpreet, Dr.Jangpreet and Oncologist Dr.Archna Dutta performed a critical 9 hour long surgery on a 70 years old patient who had become a victim of oral cancer due to tobacco chewing and rescued him from its fatal scare. The patient was then scheduled for radiotherapy to prevent any future occurences of the disease.
